We don't have time for this

Oh dear oh dear, we are getting a little fed up with enquiries which are wasting our resources.

A lady emailed us on the 25th November for a quote in relation to our 680 micron full colour solid plastic cards, we emailed a price over and then got in to discussions regarding her artwork as she could not send it to the correct specification. We asked her to email her artwork over and we would see if we could use it. It wasn't quite to the correct specification however we amended the technical problems and emailed a proof for approval so that the order could be placed.

We emailed the proof and heard nothing so followed it up with a polite email and received the following reply

"They look great. I will have to take it to a meeting to be held next monday to get final approval. Are we ok to hold on until after that?"

We followed this up to ask what was happening and received the following reply:

"We had to cancel the meeting due to the weather. I think they want to hold off though. I think we may attempt this again in the future, but for now I am going to have to let it drop, which is a shame.

I will hold on to the contact details I have for you and may contact you again sometime.

Sorry about this, and thanks for the work. I thought it looked great, for what that's worth!"

May we politely request that artwork is only sent to us for orders which will go ahead in the near future! The run up to Xmas is very very busy and we simply could not exist as a company if this happened regularly.
