Plastic cards special offer
Hi All,
I am becoming more and more confused.
We have a special offer on our full colour solid plastic cards with has been running for a few months now, its quite simple is 250 x 760 micron plastic cards with no optional extras and no postaal proof.
We have a lot of people asking for quote with optional extras e.g. one I did today is:
250 x 760 micron plastic cards with
- Embossing
- Magnetic strips
- Signature Panel
Ten minutes later the customer comes on saying:
"Can I just check something?
On your website it said you were doing a deal £99 for 250 full colour cards (without optional extras).
Is this deal still applicable? It still appears on the link you sent me."
Yes the offer is valid! It even says there is not need to double check the price with us it is valid!
Oh my, how to we make it any clearer? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
At this rate the special offer will have to go as it seems to be prompting enquiries then people get upset when they want optional extras and these cost a lot more.
Bye for now
