I had a look through our cardexamples.co.uk website which shows various examples and also looked at the examples and templates on the main frosted plastic card page at http://www.cpcards.co.uk/clear_business_cards.html however it came to light that there are no examples of metallic purple at al! What an oversight, my favorite colour as well!

To try and answer the enquiry as quickly as possible the easiest thing to do was to print a job in metallic purple and pop a video up here for Kelly and anyone else who is interested to see

At a later date we will update the examples to include a metallic purple.

Hi All,

We have been doing a little work on our website recently and one of the upgrades has been the frosted plastic card examples page.

The examples page now shows larger photos and when clicked on changes to a video.

Unfortunately there is a small technical error which at the moment we are unable to mend. If you take a look at the examples page you will notice at the bottom there are a few portrait cards which are smaller than they should be. We just can not work out a way to solve this issue, if you are an IT / website expert and know how we can fix this please let us know!

Over the last few months demand for our frosted clear plastic cards has gone mad – so mad that we are struggling to cope.

New machinery has been ordered which should be here in October/November 2011 which will enable us to meet the demand.

The demand for our frosted clear plastic cards has always been high and has increased steadily over the years which is great but the recent surge was not expected but most welcome.

We have had a lot of orders recently for our frosted clear plastic business cards.

More of the orders have been for 500 cards (current price is £125 +vat) printed with metallic silver.

Hi All,

A customer placed an order for:

200 frosted clear plastic cards with black and holoprint ink for use as an access card to a website. The order was processed and a photo realistic proof emailed over to the customer.

The response we were emailed back was a slightly unusual one so I though I would post it on here. The reply to the email proof was:

I am not sure what the hahaha is about but glad the customer is happy!

Our design team has been busy.

They have designed another clear plastic card example. This is quite a simple and elegant design printed with just 2 colours, black and white onto a frosted clear plastic card.

We have printed a new frosted clear plastic card example to use on our website and in our sample packs that potential customers can request to see our plastic cards for real.

The example clear plastic card below is printed with 4 colours:

Metallic gold
Metallic silver
Holoprint
and black

I emailed the customer straight back to thank him for his email as it was very much appreciated.

This customer ordered some of our frosted clear plastic cards with metallic copper ink, the printer who printer this order actually commented how nice it looked and came through to show me!
