Hi All,
Are you planning a Christmas party or New years eve bash? If so have a think about your tickets or invites. Best to do it now before the end of year rush!
We have printed some lovely cards in the past for Xmas and New year events on the frosted plastic cards, the holoprint ink is a great one to use and gives them a really classy look.
Please have a good think about times, do the cards offer a free drink, dress code etc and let us know the full requirements.
Bye for now

Hello all,
I have just been thinking about the last order dates for Christmas plastic card orders, its such a difficult thing to plan. Despite us being able to dispatch some products very near to the big day and couriers collecting from us, its the delivery which can cause bit big problems. The courier companies at Christmas time have a lot more deliveries to cope with and as we found last year, they do not seem to cope at all and deliveries are made late or not at all!
So do we have an earlier cut off date for orders and possibly upset customers or have a later cut off date and spend most of the run up to Christmas on the phone to the couriers! Decisions decisions! Any thoughts?

We will announce the last ordering dates for frosted clear plastic, satin black and full colour plastic cards nearer the time.

Hi all,
I heard something interesting today, google have plans to allow us all to see the inside of businesses, for example shops, gyms and hotels, as part of there mapping system.
I have read that some businesses did not like the idea however google have confirmed that it not compulsory and it should be seen as a way to help businesses.
I personally have no idea about time frames for this but it all sounds very interesting. Perhaps our customer will be adding new slogans to their business cards, something along the line of, see us on google interiors before you visit!
Bye for now

Hello All,
We received the following enquiry today:
—–
Hi,
I am thinking of ordering some of your clear frosted business cards and wondered if you have an example image you can send me using your metallic purple just so i can get a rough idea as to the colour, although i know it won’t be exact.
Many thanks,
Kelly

I had a look through our cardexamples.co.uk website which shows various examples and also looked at the examples and templates on the main frosted plastic card page at http://www.cpcards.co.uk/clear_business_cards.html however it came to light that there are no examples of metallic purple at al! What an oversight, my favorite colour as well!
To try and answer the enquiry as quickly as possible the easiest thing to do was to print a job in metallic purple and pop a video up here for Kelly and anyone else who is interested to see
At a later date we will update the examples to include a metallic purple.
Hope this is ok and helps Kelly?

Hi All,
Its been a busy old week for us, still at the tail end of Colleges and freshers fairs which is standing joke in the office “its that time of year again”! You would not believe the number of customer who at the very very very last minute decided they needed plastic cards for an event or had been let down by another company. We helped where we could. The most popular product over this busy period was the full colour solid plastic cards 760 microns followed by our frosted plastic cards.
Hopefully we will have time for a lunch break next week!
Bye for now and Happy Friday

Hi all and Happy Monday!
This morning I thought to myself, its going to be quiet this week…well….how wrong could I be, lots of orders for full colour solid plastic cards, some membership cards, not so many frosted yet but I am sure there will be a few by the end of the week.
I hope the rest of the week isn’t quite so busy, I would like a lunch hour once this week please!
Lets all look forward to even happier Friday

Hi All,
Oh dear a day of sorting out delivery problems down to various reasons. One customers comments, quite rightly are below for you to have a look at (this was for an order of the 760 micron full colour solid plastic cards) where the courier said that the property was closed and due to this they cold not deliver:
I am fine about the time it may take now for you to arrange the re-delivery, do
not worry about that, I understand that the cards are not in your possession
at the moment.
I am most grateful for you looking into this matter for me.
I am looking forward to hearing from you once you have heard from the
courier company.
I have no complaints about your service, but believe that the courier
company acted unprofessionally and negligently on this occasion.
Its nice of the customer to understand that the courier company is a third party company.
Bye for now – let see what tomorrow brings! As a final note, we have very very few problems with the courier company but when the occasional problem happens it seems to be very time consuming to get to the bottom of things!
