Our full colour solid plastic cards are a highly durable quality product with rounded corners.
(they are NOT encapsulated cards with paper inside)

Our plastic cards measure 86 x 54mm (same as a credit card) and are available with a gloss or matt finish.
Three thicknesses are available: 760 microns (the same thickness as a standard credit card) or thinner 680 & 420 micron.

Your artwork is printed using a full colour printing process onto a plastic base. Clear PVC is then bonded to each side to prevent the printing from being scratched or worn away over time, unlike surface printed plastic cards.

We will email a photo-realistic proof to you for approval.

Once you have approved this, an actual finished PVC card will be printed & posted to you for final approval.

This is so you can ensure that your finished plastic cards, once printed look exactly as you intended.
If however you decide to change your artwork at this stage, simply email new artwork to us (or if we have created your design, let us know what alterations you require) and we will arrange for a second actual finished PVC card to be printed & posted to you for final approval.

By actual finished PVC card we mean an actual plastic card which is identical to the cards you will receive once approved. It is not a print out from a colour laser printer.

We recommend this product for high quality professional looking business cards or for loyalty, privilege, membership card schemes.

Please do not confuse this product with low quality encapsulated cards which have paper inside them. Our full colour PVC plastic cards are solid plastic.
