I have been passed your details by one of my colleagues.

I have a request from one of my clients for the following:

· Plastic ID card (driving licence size)

· Between 10 and 20 cards

· Photographic image

· Name

· Position

· Company Logo

Could you kindly let me know if this small quantity is something you can handle, and if you can supply on off id cards on for new staff members, please supply a cost for 10, 20 and one off cards.

Unfortunately we were unable to help this customer as we do not produce ID cards as our machinery is for printed the same image multiple times, i.e. minimum of 100.

We could have quoted for 10 or 20 individual cards but the customer would have taken the quote as an insult, especially when they see we can offer 250 full colour plastic cards for just £995 +vat

There is so much work involved to setup and then print just one card then to do the same again with another ID card that we just hold our hands up and admit we cannot offer it.
