Good business cards – avoid low quality

plastic cards special offer

Hi All,

It’s one thing for us to produce good business cards and plastic cards but if the artwork supplied by the customer isn’t to the correct specification, then problems will arise.

We have in the last couple of months adopted a new approach to customer supplied artwork (predominantly for the full colour solid plastic cards).

On receipt all artwork is received to ensure it is technically ok to print.

If a customer supplies artwork which is nearly to the correct specification but needs small alterations we will make the alterations for the customer free of charge.

We will of course inform the customer that the artwork is not to the correct specification and ask that if any future artwork is submitted it is sent to us in the correct format.

We may occasionally ask for a deposit if extensive work is involved.

A lot of companies will accept any artwork files, even if they are technically not set up correctly and just print straight from them them resulting in the end result being less than desirable. We like to ensure that our customers are hippy with there cards and hence why we provide detailed artwork specifications and when necessary will reject artwork if the design team feels the quality of the end product will suffer. We do not reject artwork for the fun of it, we do it for the customers own benefit (some customer do not seem to realise this!).

We hope that our customer appreciate the help we provide.

Business card printing is competitive

Although our main business is printing plastic cards, such as our clear plastic cards or full colour plastic cards which are mainly used as loyalty cards or membership cards we also do business card printing.

Almost every business uses business cards, many not in huge volume, for example maybe they order just 250 or 500 cards which will last them for several years.

Some companies however orders 1,000 or more business cards for each employee and as employees leave and new ones arrive, new business cards are required.

On our full colour matt laminated business cards, we offer a free design service.

Clear business cards needed quickly

We often have customers asking for frosted clear plastic cards and satin black cards with a very short time period.
The standard turnaround time for this product is 7 to 10 working days.

This time frame builds in time for the printing plates to be ordered, produced and received. This can at worse case scenario take 3 working days.

The timeframe also includes time to actually print the cards and some room for any problems occurring. For example occasionally the printing plates may be damaged in the post / during transit.

We can offer rush order, which may sometime but subject to an additional charge to cover ordering express printing plates and paying staff to work overtime.

I just wanted to very briefly explain why this product does take a little time to produce.

Please contact us if you have any order you need really quickly.

colourful plastic cards

Business cards come in many shapes and sizes, but to make the right impression they do need to conform to a pre conceived image of quality. The tried and tested plastic business card will usually stand out from the crowd in it’s own unique way.

If the design is of above average quality the plastic business card will actually float into the air and perform a loop the loop, followed by a barrel roll then even allow it’s lesser paper based business cards to “wing walk”.

It is really quite amazing the tricks Mr plastic business card can perform. Business cards may be semi transparent, which can lead to wondrous sleights of hand and unbelievable manipulations one would not believe possible.

Business cards are so amazing that they can even appear on Facebook, which is now believed to be the latest advertising tool to pop up on the interweb. Colour Plastic Cards business cards would really benefit from news blogs, then they could witter on about all sorts of nonsensical ideas just for fun. The Business card is a very strange beast, but one which Richard Attenborough hasn’t yet filmed.
