Cards are solid PVC, bank card size and thickness, with printing available on both sides. Minimum order is just 25 cards, and once your order is placed we'll email you a photorealistic proof — usually within the hour — so you can see exactly how your finished cards will look before we go to print.

What is the difference between metallic gold and metallic silver plastic cards?
The base card colour differs, one is gold-toned PVC, the other is silver-toned. Both can be printed with the same range of ink colours. The choice usually comes down to brand colours and personal preference. Metallic gold suits warmer, luxury aesthetics; metallic silver suits modern, corporate, or tech-focused designs.
How are metallic plastic cards printed?
We print with hot foil printing machinery, a process where metallic foil or pigment is stamped onto the card surface under heat and pressure. This produces sharp vibrant colours plus metallics.
Can I have my logo printed on a metallic plastic card?
Yes, we can print logos. Some logos may need altering to be suitable to print by a hot foil printing process as a limited range of colours is available and the printing of gradients is not possible.
What minimum quantity can I order?
Minimum quantity is just 25 cards.
Do you provide artwork and design for metallic plastic cards?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create your artwork for £20 + VAT, or check and fix your supplied artwork for £10 + VAT.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is dispatch within 7 working days. Express production of 4 working days is also available, please ask for details.
Are metallic plastic cards recyclable?
Yes. The cards are solid PVC, which can be recycled.
Can metallic plastic cards be encoded with a barcode, QR code, or magnetic stripe?
We can apply a barcode or QR code to the cards, if the barcode or QR code is the same on each card (i.e. part of your artwork).
