Recyclable Material
Our white plastic cards can be recycled where facilities accept this type of plastic. Not all household collections take plastic cards, so please check with your local council or recycler first.

What size are white plastic cards?
White plastic cards measure 86 × 54mm with rounded corners — the same dimensions as a standard credit or debit card. They are 760 microns (0.76mm) thick.
Can white plastic cards be printed on both sides?
Yes. White PVC cards are 100% opaque, which means both sides are fully printable. You can have different designs, colours, or information on each side.
What is the turnaround time for white plastic card printing?
Standard turnaround is 7 working days from proof approval. Express turnaround (3 to 4 working days) is available, dispatched by next-day courier.
Do you provide artwork and design for white plastic cards?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create your artwork for £29 +vat, or check and fix your supplied artwork for £10 +vat.

Yes. The cards are made from solid PVC, the same material used for bank cards. They are hard-wearing, water-resistant, and long-lasting.
What's the difference between white plastic cards and full colour plastic cards (CMYK printing)?
CP Cards uses hot foil printing, not CMYK printing for these particular cards. Hot foil produces opaque, vibrant spot colours — especially metallics, that CMYK printing cannot replicate.
Can I order a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. A sample pack can be requested to see the card quality and available ink colours before committing to a full order.
