All our Plastic-Free Board Cards are printed in England and are very high quality thick board at 620 microns thick (0.62mm).
Our Plastic-Free Board Cards are printed in vibrant full colour (CMYK) on each side for no extra cost.
We can help you by creating your artwork for you, or if you are supplying your own artwork we can check it for technical issues and fix them so they will print perfectly.
Plastic-free board cards use a paper-based/board substrate instead of PVC, for clubs and brands that want to avoid plastic entirely rather than use a biodegradable plastic alternative. They still support full-colour printing and sequential numbering, though they aren't suitable for magstripe or chip encoding — worth checking this page against your access/scanning requirements before choosing this over our biodegradable plastic cards.
