Prices start from £75 + VAT for 25 cards. All prices include full-colour double-sided printing and free UK delivery, and are based on a single artwork file. VAT and any optional extras are not included in the base price.
Can I have my own salon branding on the cards?
Yes. Every card is printed in full colour (CMYK) to both sides at no extra cost. You can include your salon name, logo, brand colours, photography, social media handles, website address, and any other information you want clients to see.
Do you offer a design service for salon loyalty cards?
Yes. If you do not have print-ready artwork, our in-house design service is available for just £20 + VAT. Send us your logo, any photos you want to use, and a brief description of the look you are after and we will create a professional, print-ready design for your approval. An artwork fixing service is also available at £10 + VAT for files that need minor adjustments before print.
What artwork format do you need for salon loyalty cards?
We accept PDF, AI, and EPS files at a minimum of 300dpi, with a 3mm bleed on all sides. If you are unsure whether your files are print-ready, send them over and we will check them for you.
Will I see a proof before the cards go to print?
Yes. Before we print a single card we will email you a free photorealistic proof showing exactly how your finished salon loyalty cards will look. You review and approve this before production begins. A physical postal proof is also available if you want to check the colours and finish in person before committing to the full order.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is approximately 7 working days from approval of your artwork proof. All cards are manufactured in England, so there are no overseas shipping delays. Free delivery is included on all orders within Great Britain.
Can salon loyalty cards include barcodes, QR codes, or magnetic strips?
Yes. barcodes and QR codes allow the cards to integrate with your point-of-sale or loyalty management software. Magnetic strips, sequential numbering, and signature panels are also available as optional extras. If you have a specific technical requirement for your existing system, let us know when you request your quote and we will advise on the best option.
