Google Review Cards
Most happy customers mean to leave a review and never do, because finding the review page takes more taps than they can be bothered with. A card with a QR code that opens your review form directly cuts it to one.
CP Cards prints review cards for trades, salons, restaurants, garages and shops. Manufactured in England since 1992.
How the card works
Google gives every Business Profile a short link that opens the review form. We turn that link into a QR code on the card. The customer points their phone camera at it and the review box opens on your business, ready to type.
Hand the card over at the moment the customer is pleased: with the invoice on a finished job, at the till, or with the keys when a car goes home.
What goes on the card
- Your logo and business name
- One short instruction, such as “Scan to leave us a review”
- The QR code, at least 15mm square
- Your website, phone number or booking link on the reverse
How to Order
- Tell us how many cards you need
- Send your logo and your Google review link
- Approve a free digital proof, printing it at actual size to test the QR code
- Cards printed and dispatched in 7 working days from proof approval and payment
Minimum order 25 cards. Standard turnaround 7 working days from proof approval and payment.
Asking for reviews within the rules
Since 6 April 2025, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 has made it unlawful in the UK to commission fake reviews or to hide the fact that a review was incentivised, and the Competition and Markets Authority can fine businesses directly. The CMA’s guidance on fake reviews sets out what counts.
Google’s own review policy also bans offering anything in exchange for a review, and bans asking only the customers you expect to be happy. So a review card should ask, and nothing more: no discount, prize draw or freebie for leaving a review.
Why a plastic card rather than a paper slip
A paper slip goes in the bin with the receipt. A plastic card the size of a bank card is more likely to be kept in a wallet or stuck to the fridge, which gives the customer more chances to remember.

Printed for local businesses across the UK
Review cards sit alongside the plastic business cards and loyalty cards we print for trades, salons and independent shops. You approve a free photorealistic proof by email before anything is printed, and our design team can lay out the card from your logo and link.
Review Card FAQs
How does a customer leave a review from the card?
They scan the QR code with their phone camera, which opens your Google review form directly.
Can we offer a discount for leaving a review?
No. UK law and Google policy both prohibit rewarding customers for reviews. The card should ask for honest feedback only.
