We will then process your artwork and a photo-realistic proof is created and emailed to you for your approval.
If you require any changes, please let us know the changes you need and a new photo-realistic proof will be created and emailed to you FREE of charge.
Why do we send an email proof?
If it's your artwork
We email a proof to you so you can check that:
1. You have sent the correct artwork to us - you simply wouldn't believe how many customers email the incorrect files or old version to us and they only notice their own error when they have their proof that we email to them.
2. To ensure that no technical glitches have occurred or files have become corrupted.
If we are creating your design for you
We email a proof to you to ensure that you are happy with the details on your cards (i.e. that wording and important details like telephone numbers or email addresses are correct) and that you have happy with the overall layout etc.
