Holiday Park Passes
Holiday parks check passes at the barrier, the pool, the clubhouse and the entertainment venue, all day and all season. The pass has to be quick to check and obviously out of date when it is.
CP Cards prints owner passes, guest passes and facility passes for holiday parks, caravan sites, lodge parks and campsites. Manufactured in England since 1992.
One scheme, several pass types
- Owner passes for holiday home owners and their families
- Guest passes, valid for a stay
- Seasonal pitch passes for touring caravanners
- Facility passes for the pool, gym or clubhouse
- Staff passes
Give each type its own colour and change the colours every season. Security staff and bar staff can then check a pass from across the room.
Barriers, doors and tills
If your barrier or door system reads RFID, we print your passes on RFID cards. They are supplied unencoded, so check with your system supplier how new cards are added. If your system scans, we print a barcode or QR code with a unique number on every pass, and a magnetic stripe is available for older readers.
Owner and guest details
Owner passes can carry the owner’s name, plot number and the season. Send a spreadsheet at the start of the season and every pass is printed with its own details. Guest passes are usually printed numbered but without names, so reception can issue them and log the number against a booking.
How to Order
- Tell us the pass types, quantities and what your entry system reads
- Send your park branding and the owner list
- Approve a free digital proof
- Passes printed and dispatched in 7 working days from proof approval and payment
Minimum order 25 passes. Standard turnaround 7 working days from proof approval and payment.
Planning for the season
If your park opens in March, owner passes need to be with owners before the first weekend. Order in January or February: allow time to check the owner spreadsheet, then 7 working days for production after the proof is approved, then delivery, which is free within Great Britain.
Keep a stock of numbered spare passes in each colour for new owners and replacements through the season.
Why plastic passes
A pass that is shown at the pool on a wet afternoon and spends a week in a swimming bag has to be waterproof. PVC passes are, and the print is sealed under the surface, so the season colour and the number stay clear until the park closes for winter.

Printed for parks and campsites
Park passes are printed alongside the holiday let welcome cards we produce for accommodation businesses across the UK. You approve a free photorealistic proof before anything is printed, and a posted proof card is available if you want to test a pass on your barrier first.
Holiday Park Pass FAQs
Can the passes work with our barrier system?

Can owner passes show the owner name and plot number?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet and each pass is printed with its own details.
Can each pass type be a different colour?
Yes. Each pass type can have its own colour, and changing colours each season makes out of date passes easy to spot.
Are RFID passes supplied programmed?
No. RFID cards are supplied unencoded. Check with your system supplier how new cards are added to it.
