Locker Key Tags
When a locker key goes missing, the tag decides whether it comes back. A numbered plastic tag with your venue’s name on it gets handed in at reception. A bare key on a plastic disc ends up in someone’s kitchen drawer.
CP Cards prints numbered locker key tags for gyms, swimming pools, schools, spas and workplaces with staff lockers. Manufactured in England since 1992.
Two sizes
Most locker tags are our key fob size: 54 x 29mm with a 4mm hole, small enough for a wrist coil or a split ring. We can supply metal split rings with the order.
If you want room for instructions — “return to reception”, a replacement charge, your opening hours — use a full size 86 x 54mm card with a 5mm punched hole instead.
Numbers that match your lockers
We print sequential numbers in whatever range your lockers use, including split ranges such as 1 to 120 for one changing room and 201 to 320 for the other. The number can go large on the front and again on the back, so the tag reads correctly whichever way round it hangs.
Where one site has several banks of lockers, colour coding saves time: blue tags for the pool, green for the gym, orange for staff.
Replacing lost tags
Tell us which numbers have gone and we print those numbers again in the same design. The minimum order still applies, so most sites either wait until a batch of replacements is due or order spare copies of their most-used numbers with the first run.

Where locker tags get the hardest use
Swimming pools are the real test. A tag spends an hour wet on a wrist, gets dropped on tiled floors and goes round that cycle many times a day. Solid PVC does not absorb water, and the numbers are printed under the card surface, so handling does not scratch or wear them away.
Gyms are gentler but busier. The same tag can be issued and returned several times a day, every day the building is open.
Printed tags or plain numbered discs?
Plain coloured discs from a catalogue carry a number and nothing else. So do engraved tags. A printed tag can carry the number, your name and a line telling whoever finds it where to take it, in your own colours. That line is what gets a tag back when it leaves the building in a gym bag.

Printed for gyms, leisure centres and schools
Locker tags sit alongside the membership cards and key fob loyalty cards we print for gyms and leisure centres across the UK. Every order comes with a free photorealistic email proof, and if you send us a list of your locker banks, our design team can lay out the numbering for you.
Locker Key Tag FAQs
What size are locker key tags?
Key fob tags are 54 x 29mm with a 4mm hole. Full size tags are 86 x 54mm with a 5mm punched hole.
Can you number the tags to match our lockers?
Yes. We print sequential numbers in any range, including separate ranges for different changing rooms or locker banks.
Do you supply split rings?
Yes. Metal split rings can be supplied with key fob tags. Wrist coils are not supplied.
Are the tags waterproof?
Yes. They are solid PVC and the print is sealed under the surface, so they can be used in wet changing rooms and at swimming pools.
